Health officers need to be at the right place and have the right amount of supply to cover the local populations. Part of the problem is understanding effectively where people live, and how to get closest to them. Health planners need localized tools to really examine the locations they serve and make the best plans. They need micro plans. To help address these issues, Ona has created a series of sample tools adopting different methodologies to investigate coverage and define catchment areas for health facilities in Mozambique. ## Sample tools * [Geographic Accessibility Coverage (By Distance)](https://unicef-covax.akuko.io/post/7352f91f-f4cd-46ac-a0cb-2bb585b8aac1) * [Geographic Accessibility Coverage (By Time)](https://unicef-covax.akuko.io/post/0087fd02-f3d2-4577-ac59-9355950f7baf) * [Microplans](https://unicef-covax.akuko.io/post/69026292-e09c-41b8-9d69-10a71b00edc4)
